Aikido for Beginners

 

Beginners are welcome to come and join in our 10 week introductory program.  No matter what your fitness level, even if you haven't exercised in a number of years you are encouraged to train. 

 

We begin the class with extensive warm ups including stretching, breathing, and solo movements.  Gradually building the intensity and moving to partner and group practice.

 

You are encouraged to train at your own pace and as Aikido is Non-Competitive no need to worry about trying to be the best or king of the mat.
